From Disappearing to Deciding

You'll still be kind.
You just won't disappear.

Four weeks to stop disappearing and find your way back to yourself, and maybe, to the work you're here to do.

Some call it your dharma. Your purpose. The thing only you can do. Let's find yours together.

You're the one everyone counts on.

The one who reads the room, smooths things over, makes sure everyone else is okay. You're so good at it you can do it without thinking.

And somewhere in all that caring, you got a little lost.

Not gone. Just quiet. Waiting to be asked what you want.

This is four weeks of coming back.

Learning, gently, how to stop disappearing. How to stay with yourself in the moments you'd usually vanish. How to decide what you want, and not take it back the second someone frowns.

You'll still be warm. You'll still care. You just won't lose yourself doing it.

Here is the truth underneath this work.

Helping women stop disappearing and come home to themselves is my dharma.

If that word is new to you, dharma is your purpose. Your sacred work. The thing you are here to do.

This is not a business idea for me. It is the thing I am here for.

I spent years disappearing myself, becoming whoever the room needed. So I know the way back. And I would love to walk it with you.

Here's what we'll do together.

Over four weeks, we'll walk through five gentle steps. A simple way to catch yourself before you disappear, and choose to stay.

Notice What's Happening

Catch the moment you start to slip out of yourself.

Ask Yourself Too

Remember that what you want matters, right alongside everyone else.

Say What's True

Let your real voice be heard, even when it's easier to go quiet.

Stay With the Guilt

Feel the guilt that comes, and learn it won't undo you.

Don't Take It Back

Hold your ground, gently, and stay with what you decided.

By the end of four weeks, you could:

Notice the moment you're about to disappear, and stay instead.

Say what's true for you, even when it's easier to go quiet.

Set a boundary without the guilt pulling you back.

Trust yourself again.

Feel, maybe for the first time in years, like you're here.

This is for you if:

You've spent your life taking care of everyone else. You're kind, capable, and quietly tired. You've lost track of what you actually want. And something in you is ready to come back.

You don't have to be in crisis. You just have to be ready to stop disappearing.

The Founding Circle

This first round is a founding circle, and it's free.

Four weeks. A small group of women. Together on Zoom. Starting July 12.

Small and free and real. Just us, doing the work, finding our way back.

Say Yes to Yourself

Add your name and email below to join the founding circle.

The Exchange

Since this first circle is free, here is what I ask in return.

Show up. Be here, present, for the four weeks.

Be honest with me. Tell me what's working and what isn't, so I can make this even better.

Share a few words. At the end, if you found real value, share your experience so other women know what this could be for them.

That's it. You bring your honesty and your presence. I bring everything else.

About Cassidy

I'm Cassidy Green. A spiritual coach, somatic hypnotist, and sound healer. And a recovering disappearer myself.

For years I became whoever I was around, fitting in everywhere by vanishing as myself. Finding my way back changed my life. Now it's my dharma to help women do the same.

You'll still be kind. You just won't disappear.

There you are.

I've been hoping you'd come.
