Spiritual Coaching for Sensitive People

A calm place to land while you’re waking up to yourself.

You’re noticing things shift inside.

You’re noticing things shift inside.

Money worry feels louder than you want.
Your self-talk can be pretty brutal.
Sleep isn’t always your friend.

And underneath all of that,
you know there’s more to you than old patterns.

You want support that is both spiritual and practical.
That’s what this coaching is for.

What spiritual coaching with me is like

I’m a spiritual / trauma informed coach and certified hypnotist.

This isn’t “just talking” or one more random meditation.

I’m trained in a spiritual coaching method that gives us a clear structure each time we meet, so you’re not just venting and leaving with nothing to do.

In a typical session we will:

  • Clarify what really matters to you right now (money, self-talk, sleep, or something else)

  • Notice what’s happening in your mind and body around it

  • Listen for what your deeper self is saying about it

  • Choose one simple next step to try in your real life

  • Check back in on what shifted and what you learned

We might use hypnosis, somatic tools, hypnosis, or meditation along the way—but they all sit inside that same coaching process.

The goal is that you leave each session feeling a little clearer, a little steadier, and with one doable thing to try before we talk again.

Who this is for

This will probably feel right for you if:

  • you’re sensitive (maybe you’ve been told you’re “too much”)

  • you’re interested in spiritual things, but not into pressure or guilt

  • you want support that includes your body, brain, and inner world

  • you like the idea of trying simple practices between sessions

  • you’re waking up to yourself and don’t want to do it all alone

You don’t need a perfect goal.

“Something in me is changing, and I want support while it does,” is enough.

Why there’s a waitlist

I’m building longer coaching containers,
not one-off “fix me” sessions.

Spots are limited so I can stay present with each person.

The waitlist lets me:

  • open spots to you first

  • match people to the right container

  • keep this work slow, kind, and thoughtful

What you get by joining

When you add your name, you’ll: be the first to know when 1:1 or group coaching spots open. Get first access to details, pricing, and start dates. Receive the occasional small “sparkly” practice or note from me

Joining the waitlist is not a commitment to work together.

It’s just raising your hand and saying,
“Keep me in the loop.”
