The Unlived Life
Five days to catch the moment you leave yourself for later.
You may know more about what you want than you think.
You may just have gotten very fast at moving past it.
Someone asks. You notice what you want. Then guilt, habit, responsibility, or someone else’s reaction takes over.
The Unlived Life is a 5-day challenge to help you catch that moment sooner, before your own answer disappears.
Five short lessons. Five simple practices. Delivered right to your inbox.
There’s a Moment That Happens Fast
A want shows up. An idea. Something you would enjoy, something you want to say, or something you want to do.
And almost immediately another thought comes in:
Not now. Maybe later. Someone else needs me. I should probably take care of this first.
So you move on. You keep being responsible. You keep doing what needs to be done.
And your own wants keep getting moved farther down the list.
That’s what these five days are about: noticing that moment before it disappears.
Not changing everything.
Not forcing yourself to be positive.
Not deciding that every want needs to become a plan.
Just learning to catch yourself before “later” becomes the automatic answer.
What Happens Over Five Days Starting
September 16
You’ll get one short lesson each day with one simple practice delivered to your email inbox.
Nothing complicated. Nothing that requires an hour of journaling. Just something you can notice and use in your actual life.
Day 1: Meet the Yes
Catch the automatic yes before you have checked with yourself.
You will start noticing how quickly “sure” can come out before you have had a chance to ask what you want.
Day 2: Notice the Later
Notice what you keep postponing, dismissing, or talking yourself out of.
Not because every want needs to become a plan.
Just because it deserves to be noticed before it disappears.
Day 3: Interrupt the Automatic Response
Create a little more space before habit takes over.
You will practice giving yourself enough time to hear your answer before “not now,” “maybe later,” or “sure” decides for you.
Day 4:Say One True Sentence
Say one thing you would normally keep inside your head.
Just one honest sentence that lets you stay in the decision too.
Or, even more in your voice:
Say one thing you would normally keep inside your head.
One true sentence. That’s enough.
Day 5: What Do You Want More Of?
Notice what brings you joy, interest, relief, curiosity, or energy, and give one of those things a real place in your week.
You’ll Probably Recognize Yourself Here If...
You say yes before you have even checked whether you want to. You tell yourself you will make time for yourself later. You know what everyone else needs, but when someone asks what you want, you sometimes go blank.
Or maybe you do know what you want—until someone reacts.
A pause. A look. An “Oh.” An “Okay…” that somehow does not sound okay at all.
Then the second-guessing starts.
Did I disappoint them? Was that selfish? Should I explain? Maybe I should just do it.
Sometimes you are not actually changing your mind.
You are trying to make the tension disappear.
That is the kind of moment The Unlived Life helps you catch.
The Challenge Starts September 16.
5 days, straight to your inbox. One small way to stop putting yourself off.
5 Days to Hear Yourself Sooner.

Why I Created The Unlived Life
I know what it is like to become very good at being responsible.
You show up. You handle things. You notice what needs to be done. You become someone people can count on.
And somewhere along the way, your own wants can become easier to postpone.
Not because they disappeared.
Because you got very fast at moving past them.
I created The Unlived Life to help you notice that pattern before another month, year, or chapter gets filed under:
“Maybe later.”
This is not about reinventing yourself.
It is about noticing yourself again
What It Feels Like to Work With Me
“Cassidy is safe and extremely comforting. Because she really holds you in a very safe and gentle way, I could let my guard down and trust her.”
“Cassidy’s gentle voice and suggestions put me in such a relaxed state that I didn’t want to come out of it.”
These reflections come from participants in Cassidy’s previous hypnosis and transformational experiences.
