Spiritual Coaching for Sensitive, Slightly-Weird Humans
There’s a certain kind of person I tend to attract.
The ones who feel like something inside is shifting.
Life technically “works,” but there’s this quiet sense of, “I don’t think this is the whole story for me.”
You care about money, but you don’t want your entire life to be about money.
You notice your self-talk and think, “I wish my brain was kinder to me.”
You’d love to sleep without your mind doing a full review of every single thing that could go wrong.
You’re waking up to yourself in a new way.
And you’d like some support while that happens.
That’s the space my coaching is for.
I think of it as spiritual coaching for humans waking up to themselves—with a lot of care for what your brain and body are doing along the way.
What coaching with me feels like
Coaching with me isn’t a one-off “fix me” session.
It’s more like having a calm, steady place to land for a season while you:

sort through what’s going on in your life

notice the stories your brain is telling about it

pay attention to how your body is reacting
-
listen for what you’re actually wanting now
Sometimes that looks like talking through something that’s been looping in your head.
Sometimes it’s trying a small practice together.
Sometimes it’s dropping into a short hypnosis and having a guided audio designed for you.
We don’t force a certain process.
We look at what’s here today and choose what would actually help.
The tools we might use
I’m a coach first.
And I also use a few tools that help us work with your inner world:
A tiny “sparkly” body practice
If you want a small taste of how I like to work, you can try this:
Think of something in your world that feels even a little bit sparkly or nice right now.
It could be a hot drink, a pet, a tree outside, a song, a blanket, or even just the fact that you have a few minutes to read this.
Once you have it, pause for a second and notice where that tiny bit of “sparkly” shows up in your body.
Maybe your chest lifts a little.
Maybe your shoulders drop.
Maybe jaw relaxes
Maybe it’s something even smaller than that.
Let that spot have three easy breaths.
You don’t have to change your whole state.
All you’re doing is saying,
“Hi, I see you. Thanks for being here.”
Who this kind of coaching is for
The people who tend to do well in this space are often:

You don’t have to have a super clear goal.
